Felt or mesh bags for pre‑filtration and equipment protection with simple operation and low CAPEX.
STANDARD SPECIFICATION:
– Sizes: #1, #2 (and specials); Micron: 1–200 µm
– Materials: PP, PE, nylon; welded or sewn seams
– Housings: single or multi‑bag, 10–16 bar rating
– Recommended terminal Δp: 0.7–1.0 bar
INDUSTRY USE CASES:
– Intake water and utilities protection
– Pre‑filters upstream of cartridges, UF or heat exchangers
– Batch/temporary filtration and emergency use
PRETREATMENT / INTEGRATION NOTES:
– Check chemical compatibility and temperature
