Combination of separators/coalescers for free oil, DAF for emulsions, and organoclay/carbon for polishing as required.
STANDARD SPECIFICATION:
– Target effluent oil: < 5–10 mg/L with DAF + adsorption - DAF recycle 10–40 %, coagulants as required INDUSTRY USE CASES:
– Refining, metalworking, logistics wash‑pads
PRETREATMENT / INTEGRATION NOTES:
– Upstream equalization improves flotation stability
