Engineered media and pressure vessels designed for oil‑in‑water polishing and fine TSS control with backwash capability.
STANDARD SPECIFICATION:
– Filtration rate: 5–12 m/h; backwash 15–25 m/h
– Target effluent oil/TSS: application‑specific
– Materials: coated steel/SS with nozzle plate/laterals
INDUSTRY USE CASES:
– Refining and petrochemical effluents
– General industrial polishing before membranes or discharge
PRETREATMENT / INTEGRATION NOTES:
– Pilot testing recommended for media selection and cycle time
– Backwash infrastructure required
